Join us for a free 45-minute virtual class to experience the heart of Still Strength Wellness.

Whether you're navigating cancer treatment or healing afterward, this gentle session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and breath.

No experience necessary. Just show up as you are.

What to Expect

This class is a small taste of the full Still Strength Wellness experience:

🧘‍♀️  10 minutes of meditation + breathwork for stress relief and grounding

💪 20 minutes of gentle movement to build strength in a safe, supportive way

💬 10 minutes of answering any questions

Short closing reflection + overview of the full SSW program

You'll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected — and you'll know if this program might be a good fit for you.
