Meet Your Cancer Wellness Specialist
Hi, I’m Aastha! At 24, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Navigating the side effects of chemotherapy, I learned to focus on what I could control—taking it one moment at a time.
Movement, mindfulness, and community helped me feel my best throughout treatment. With 10 years in healthcare and a Master’s in Public Health, I created Still Strength Wellness to share that same strength and support with others. Wherever you are in your healing, I’m here to help you move, breathe, and feel empowered.
